Review clusterware Tracefiles
Review the following traces on the failed Node :
/var/log/messages
/u01/app/grid/diag/crs/hract21/crs/trace/alert.log
Search CW tracefile [ this commamnd scans entries for a 10 minute timer period ]
# grep "2015-02-16 09:2" * | egrep "no exe permission|failed to start process"
# grep "2015-02-16 10:3" * | egrep " fatal | terminating "
# grep "2015-02-17 11:4" * | grep gipcmodNetworkProcessBind
# grep "2015-02-17 14:1" * | grep gipcmodNetworkResolve
